Surge Facilities Management Services Co LLC is a leading multi technical-services firm comprised of civil engineers, chemical engineers, FM managers, Project Managers, technologists and several technical experts. Founded in July 2020 by Pradeep and Rajeev, in Dubai, the company has expanded to more than eighty employees in the beginning of 2025. The duo is IIT alumni and have earth sciences background infusing trust right from the start.

Our multi technical-services teams leverage their know-how to deliver sustainable solutions, by creating unique and boundary-breaking chemistry utilizing the latest in machine technology. We pride ourselves on consistently going above and beyond to exceed the expectations and requirements of our clients, working across construction, interior fit out, hospitality,Integrated facilities management, commercial, retail and luxury villas sectors.
