We have BICSc accredited world-class training centre. The BICSc accredited trainers deliver different modules to our team to take care of the maintenance works and the initial site mobilization.

The polishing team members have benchmarked training hours who are trained on different modules. We believe in sharing information among the team members across all activities and have Central Data Base Library.

The installation team is trained to —Cut, lay, fix natural stones for flooring and cladding works as per design pattern, with different substrates, underlay and fixing systems; Applying sealer, grout for flooring and cladding works; Plan and organize works to meet expected outcomes; Work according to personal HSE protocol at the construction site; Work effectively as a team to deliver desired results at workplace; Gain insights into different types of stones and understanding their key properties to carry out successful installation with zero re-works

We have a fully functional lab where we develop and fine tune our processes for installation and restoration works. We have extensive collection of samples of different stones from all over the world and a dedicated team that studies and works on the problems on the site.
